Purple is a platform where "creators" publish a public dating profile and "viewers" browse those profiles and send messages. By using Purple you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Purple. To create a creator profile you must be at least 21 years old and you confirm this when you sign up.
You may not use Purple to: offer, solicit, or arrange payment for sexual services of any kind; harass, threaten, or abuse another user; impersonate another person; send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; upload a photo you do not have the right to use or that is not genuinely of the account holder; or share another person's private information without consent. Violations may result in message removal, account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and for owning the rights to any photo they upload. Creators grant Purple a license to display that content on the platform for as long as the profile is active.
Purple does not run background checks on users and is not involved in arranging or supervising in-person meetings. Reporting and blocking tools are available on every profile and conversation — use them. Always meet new people in public places and tell someone you trust about your plans.
We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these Terms, at our discretion.
Purple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple is not liable for interactions between users, including anything that happens during an in-person meeting arranged through the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Purple after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
